Hi I am new here this week but found the information really useful. I have literally just completed my 3rd run and feel fantastic, I cannot remember the last time I ran for 20 minutes - must have been cross country coming in last all those years ago!

Off to have my running gait checked and then new running shoes

Thank you C25K

Well done on starting the programme, I hated cross country as a child and would cheat at every opportunity. Now I am running (jogging) over fields and trails and sometimes even enjoy it! You will find lots of lovely supportive people on here to help with questions and motivation. Good luck.πŸ™‚

Congratulations, you deserve to treat yourself to a gait analysis and to buy the recommended shoes, you should also buy good socks to match.

Well done on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran πŸƒπŸΎ 😊 πŸƒπŸΎ.
