Really glad I did that. With one thing and another I hadn't managed to get out for a run for a few days, although I had been keeping my step count up.
This morning's run went really well with my breathing well under control. I was able to go a little faster during the last 5 mins then increased the pace again for the last minute. All in all a good run.
In other news my weight continues on a slow steady downward trend. The changes I have made seem to be working and I think are sustainable and becoming good habits.
