I've just finished my last run of C25K and have absolutely loved this process. I've never been a runner and now love getting out there. I'm still a little way off 5K (4.5k was my furthest today) but going to keep going until I get there.
Any suggestions for what challenge to do next?

Hi Ems_83 ...WELL DONE!!! and CONGRATULATIONS!!!! What a way to end the week?!! I remember the feeling well! 4.5k is a great distance too! consolidation now...keep your 30 min runs up to keep you getting stronger...and who knows, with strength may come speed?? but there is absolutely no rush, you don't want to burn yourself out so take it steady and enjoy your new found ability..excellent
Good, that's the way...don't forget to get some nice strength ork in too...try Oldfloss's strength and flex link...it all helps towards better, stronger running
And consider joining the Bridge 2 10K forum too, even if you're not planning to run 10k anytime soon. It's full of graduates like yourself moving forward from C25K (you'll still see and participate in C25K posts too) π
Then go for it! Look how far you've come already! π
Just a thought; it's also worth joining and taking a peek at the Strength and Flex board as a super strong runner isn't built with solely running. Even some of the foot exercises recently posted there by Oldfloss will go a long way towards building and maintaining strong and capable feet! πππ»
Congratulations Ems 83 on graduating from C25K, well done π ππΎ π
