I've just gone and done it. Thanks to all the support here and hubby for running last 2 runs with me. He's helped get myvspeed up to 6.39/km. 6deg out, choose new route along canal - shaded side dug. That's a 20deg drop from week 7 in menorca. Celebratory tea and cake - cake lasted 30seconds.

Thanks I need to do consolidation but definitely want to try for 10k at the Cape Wrath challenge next May. Hopefully this gives me long enough but no pressure if I don't make it or just walk rather than run.

Speed came with running 🏃‍♀️ with hubby 🏃‍♂️ certainly couldn’t have done it without this great programme
