Getting out the door and doing that first run is the hardest part. Just go slow and make sure you try to drink 2-3 litres of water per day and not just on run days. C25k is an amazing plan and really does work you'll get lots of encouragement and support on here good luck ππ

well done - that's the hardest run - I echo what buddy said about the water - work out how many hours a day you are awake and divide 2 litres up - it's probably only half a glass an hour - much easier to drink like that - plus it's better to spread it over the day rather than guzzle it down in big drinking sessions
You see thatβs sounds much easier. Cause the thought of all that water does not excite me! However if it was something a little stronger.....ππ
hmmmm - not sure adding whiskey helps the hydration
