So, I'm in Dubai, its way too hot to run outside, it's a 3 mile round trip to the customer's office so I'm walking that, I missed my run yesterday, didn't get into the hotel until 1:30 ISH and was too tired after work.
So after my leisurely walk back to the hotel, I got changed and headed for the hotel gym.
A nice slowish 30 minutes tucked away, it was hard, I'm not drinking enough, I'm normally really good with my hydration, I suppose the 3 mile walk in 38 degrees C could have something to do with it. Lesson learned, more hydration it is.
It falls quite nicely, another run on Thursday, fly home Friday and the run with Mrs LeeU outside on Saturday.
Happy running everyone.
