Late leaving the office today, was closer to 6pm, a nice walk back to the hotel for the last time this week, cooled off, threw the running stuff on and headed for the gym.
There is a post on regarding the timings in the podcasts for week 7, I offered to run it today so that became my shorter but faster run.
And yes, I know I could have just listened to the podcast but where is the fun in that?
It was warm in the gym but the water was cooled and I kept the pace to a constant, collecting the rough timings as I went, I may have started the treadmill a few seconds before Laura said to start the brisk walk but the timings are still out, possibly 40 seconds too long over the 25 minute run.
Anyway, I'm a happy bunny because I ran, literally just under 2 miles in 25 minutes, I'm happy with that too as I know I'm not the world's fastest.
Fly home again tomorrow.,
Happy running everyone.

MummyCav, that's a name a remember from the first time I completed the program in 2017!
I always enjoy the runs, easy ones, hard ones, love them all, the really good ones though are when I run with my wife, she's working her way through the program, she's on week 6 currently, hopefully, we'll get out together on Saturday.
I did 750 meters in the pool yesterday, I'll probably jump in the water tomorrow morning before I have to head off to the airport, if I don't I may try the cross-trainer or rowing machine.
