I did the couch to 5k app last year and completed it graduated. I had a Hysterectomy in May this year I've had the all clear from Dr to start running again. I'm 5 weeks into the app and I don't remember running 20min at 5 weeks as the app changed? Just to let you know I did it tho run for 20 minutes on Sunday.

Glad that you are back running and all better. No the app hasn't changed, W5R3 has always been 20 mins; well done for completing it again
