Week 9 run 1

Weather wasn’t kind, poured it down. Ran for 30 minutes so pleased, hopefully I will get faster eventually, am going to try for a 5k after graduation.

Same for me this morning on my w8r1 - rain, mud, more rain, mud, mud and mud. I looked ridiculous but carried on regardless!
