Oh I'm annoyed with myself today, couldn't get that second 3 minute run on to finish week 3! Ran another fragmented 3 minutes but that's not the point! Do I do week 3 again? πŸ₯΅

Welcome to the forum and well done on getting started.

This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5... and includes advice explaining that if you don't complete a session, then have a rest day and repeat that session. No need to repeat a whole week, but no point moving on if you cannot complete a session.

You can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, yes, I would advise you to repeat that run, good luck. πŸ‘ πŸƒ Don't get annoyed with yourself 😊

Don’t give up - you can do this!!! Just re-run the last run. Did you run the same route (or similar) as wk3d1? Only asking as a raise in gradient can make a run a lot harder.

Thank you! I did do a different route and the steeper gradient came just as I was about to do my second 3 minute run. I'll try again tomorrow. πŸ‘πŸ‘
