This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5... and includes advice explaining that if you don't complete a session, then have a rest day and repeat that session. No need to repeat a whole week, but no point moving on if you cannot complete a session.

Donβt give up - you can do this!!! Just re-run the last run. Did you run the same route (or similar) as wk3d1? Only asking as a raise in gradient can make a run a lot harder.
