Ok so this is some sort of mind control

So after 4 weeks I am either running or thinking / watching / reading/ talking about it. Today was a rest day and I am a bit loony for not getting out. Everything is prepped for the morning. Admit it, it is mind control andLaura is a hypnotist. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

A wonderful addiction that is only understood by a fellow runner...hence this forum! 🀣🐝

Its so great that you are enjoying running . I think it helps so much if you're actually enjoying it. 😊😊

Haha I know exactly what you mean! If I’m not running, I’m googling running tips or watching YouTube videos about running or on Sports Direct or Decathlon websites browsing running clothes. I started running because it’s free and I’m spending an absolute fortune πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Fortunately it's a healthier addiction than most πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ€£

Ha ha ha, I am exactly the same, would rather spend money on running gear than new shoes and I like shoes a lot! Some sort of subversive activity going on getting us addicted to running. I am about to do wk7r3 and was the last kid to be picked for a team at sports! Who knew .....

I'm totally addicted too. Need to start cross training on my rest days x

I've even started looking into super sprint triathlons seeing as I'm on my bike and swimming more too. Just spiking my curiosity at this stage but whatever keeps us going x

I am doing the same... but, i think i will try to master a less than slow 10k in the next year and start to swim / bike again, then review if i am going to enter one :-)

Tonight its Bike. Then tomorrow i am WK 5 run 2 which i am looking forward to.

So you've got your first 20 minute one after that? - you will smash it.
