Am still taking it slowly on my journey from IC back to running. Last run was last Saturday and due to bad weather and dark mornings/evenings left my latest run until today when I could again get out in daylight. Repeated Week 5 run 1 and felt good - knee holding up well. It was lovely to be out again - I've missed my runs. Breaking up from school next week so will have 2 weeks to try and get out before the worst months of Jan and Feb loom. Can't wait for the spring - my favourite time of the year anyway but made even better when we're able to get out a lot easier than now.
