Just done week 3 run 1 again as I found it hard last time. Still hard especially the first 3 mins as it is uphill but feeling good now and pleased with myself. Everything is soooo much easier when the sun is out. Fair weather person comes to mind 🤗 🌷🌷 Have a wonderful weekend

Agree with the weather comment! I did my W2R1 today and it was great to be out there in the full sun... Thanks for the heads up for W3, will prepare for it mentally!
