Morning fellow runners :)

I have a hectic few months with work and I am determined to not let this get in the way of my C25K as I love it so much. With this in mind I have spent time plotting routes on Strava so I can run when i am away and once I get to the hotel today I am going to recce my first route by walking (rest day) before running it in the morning.... over the next few weeks I am going to be running by London Zoo, the palace, along the mall, Big Ben and London Bridge.

The strange thing is that I have been travelling to London with work for the last 5 years pretty regularly and I have NEVER seen any of these sights as I would only leave the hotel room to eat and go for a smoke. C25K has truly changed my life in some dramatic ways as I am now 3 weeks without a cigarette and I feel so much healthier and alive but it has also given me the confidence to go out and explore the world :)

I will try and get some pics on the way around!

It's so great the things you get to see being a runner and great you've got to 3 weeks of stopping smoking. You should be so proud of yourself. Well done you 😊😊
