Hi everyone, another week of running completed. Today’s run including my warm up walk and cool down walk was 4.01 miles and completed in 11’50 per mile. My actual run was 3.64 miles done in 10’19 per mile. It’s a beautiful morning in central Scotland. I hope everyone is doing great. 🏃♂️🏃♂️🏃♂️
