Week 7 Run 3

Today's run confirmed what I have always thought, I prefer to run early in the morning. Particularly on a beautiful sunny autumnal morning as this.

I certainly ran with a spring in my step. Well not too much as that wastes energy while running. Remember what Laura said way back about running style.

I am now setup for the busy weekend ahead.
