Hi Everyone, I just wanted to say thank you, I've been following C25K for quite a while on my own and I'm now on W7 but only joined the forum about a week or so ago. I wanted to say what a difference it's made to my positivity and attitude when my runs don't go as well as they could. After reading the encouraging and positive comments given to others I've stopped telling myself that I failed when it doesn't go to plan but that it all counts, it's all practise and I've come such a long way, so thank you again. Happy running whatever stage you're at, it does get easier. :)
