Not been feeling much like a runner recently. Very hot here even in the evenings. Been doing slow ones but not getting to 5k.
Yesterday went out in the midday heat and did a fast there and really slow return.... and then had to walk the last kilometer! Legs gave up. Probably a dehydration issue.
But just not feeling it.
Loved my fast running. But not the whole experience.
I guess you win some and lose some. Roll on cooler weather. Then i can do my 3, 4, 5 each week.

Avoid midday sun though, that won’t have helped! Also any run is a run; while it’s so hot why dont you just task yourself to run 20’ three times a week, that will keep you going. Anyway don’t beat yourself up, you do what you can 🤗
