I was going to leave this run until Saturday as I’ve run Monday, Tennis last night and five a side football tomorrow. But I had a right cob on after work today, so decided to get out and run myself in to a better mood - it worked!

The photo is during my warm up walk, finished in darkness!

I’m consistently struggling between the 14-17 minute mark and then seem to be able to pull through and run well at the end - particularly enjoy the last minute when Jo tells to me have a sprint finish!

So achingly beautiful! Lovely sky! Well done you for running after all the other stuff and glad it made your day end well. That cheeky sprint at the end is fun I agree. Well done👍

Isn't it great that a run can make you feel so much better and then so glad you did it . Well done you 😊
