Great for getting started. You're asking a lot of your body by starting a new exercise just be patient and go slow then slower again it just takes practice. Make sure you're well hydrated 7 days a week and not just on run days. You should be aiming for 2-3 litres spread over a day . C25k is an amazing plan and really does work you'll get lots of encouragement and support on here good luck 😊😊

But you didn’t!!! Well done! Rest now & Recover! W1:R2 take nice & slow...as slow as a snail 🐌 & you will see how much better it gets! Well done for getting one run 🏃‍♀️✔️ that’s the hardest one!
