I’ve been slacking a bit recently and can’t seem to get into a routine with running 3 times a week. However this week I am trying to start to change that! Went for a run yesterday and did 5K. I feel like this is getting easier as the weeks go on, I tend to get tired and slow down halfway through. However my pace is consistent throughout now which is good ☺️
Just need to stick to it!
