I did find week 6 one of the hardest. I would just regroup and have another go. You’ve come so far - I finished the programme over a year ago now and for the most part can run 5k quite comfort, but there are some days still when I just have to listen to my body and think, ‘nope, it’s not happening today’ and just have a walk instead. Probably it was just one of those days.

A failure is a run that you didn't even do. You did try , so have a rest day and try again. As is always said make sure you're well hydrated and go really slow. You can do it. Good luck 😊

The only bad run, is no run. Any run is better than no run. Running is weird. Sometimes they go really well, sometimes it just doesnt feel good. Often there is no rhyme or reason. You just say, well at least I went out and ran today, maybe tommorrow will go better :)

Oh my gosh, you are not a failure!! Week 6 is a tough week, it feels daunting as it's a big step up from week 5, but you got out and tried it. Have a rest day, then get out and try it again, but slower. Are you drinking enough water every day? That makes a big difference too, if you're not hydrated enough your legs feel heavier and running is much harder.

You can do this, believe in yourself!

I read somewhere in here and remembered this quote- ‘the only way you can fail is if you get back on the couch and stay there’ 👌🏻

Well done for getting out there 🏃🏽‍♀️

There is no failure there - please don’t feel like that! Take today as a rest day, make sure you’re drinking enough water, getting decent sleep, then have another go tomorrow - make sure you go sloooow. Every run you do makes you stronger, follow the programme - and that includes redoing a run or a week if you need to. Have faith in yourself. This programme is teaching me patience and resilience as much as running!

You are not a failure - week 6 is tough, but we all have days where we feel & know it’s not going to happen. I’m sure most people on the forum and me included here, feel it’s not going to happen some days. You got up and out to have a go so take the pluses out of it and have another go. As others have said keep well hydrated and rest, take your time and run slow, it will happen for you I am so sure you can do this 👍

Sometimes your body just needs a bit of a break. You are both doing great

Suggestions? Just redo it and if necessary redo it again until you’re happy/confident with it! C25K is about building confidence and capability not knocking it so if you can do the full thing in 9 weeks, great, if not and it takes 10, 15 or whatever, still great! You will get there, seriously 👍
