Nice photo of and your dog, 4.25k run is fine, I am sure you you abd your dog enjoyed the run.
I have just come back as a spectator to our towns annual 10K run, I am a bit annoyed with myself for not taking part in it as last Wednesday I ran 10K along part of the same route in 70 minutes, this morning for the first first time I saw that there was a 70 minutes pacer. 😊 🏃, anyway I was cheering on two runners whom I know when I am out running, they both did very well.
That sounds like a very good morning, that’s a great pace, the dog doesn’t come with us he’s my daughters and there are a lot of loose dogs where we run he’s be off playing and i would lose him but was nice in the garden
Will do, he’s lovely, i had a runny nose from running my daughter and dog went inside to make tea and a few minutes later he came back with a little pack of tissues
But then he thought it was time to go out so went and got her socks for her
He’s young, fun, but a bit of a pain out, so we go our either early or late so he gets a good stretch without the anxiety of people and dogs everywhere
