Life after C25K

Hi, I completed the c25k programme and have to say it is a really excellent programme. Completed two 5k runs since and just signed up for local park run. Two questions is there a similar programme to 10k and when do you get graduate on your profile?

Congratulations on completing c25k you must be so pleased . To get your graduation badge just scroll down to the bottom of the page and you will see September graduation badges 2019 and leave a message you completed c25k. For the next few week just keep doing those 5k runs . There is another forum bridge 2 10k and there is a plan on there to get you to 10k. Well done you 😊😊👏👏
