Many congratulations on your graduation, fellow runner.

Do you enjoy your runs? When I graduated I created a play list of all my favourite rock numbers and just enjoyed running to music I had not played for ages as my OH does not share my taste in music.
I think it's important just to keep on doing the 30 minute runs, even if you only manage to get out twice a week, so you will keep up your fitness. Hopefully it will become a habit and you will start to enjoy it.
Many of us struggle a bit with motivation once we leave the coach behind and there are different things you can try. If you google search Fartleks it gives a new slant
I never heard of bridge to 10k, but made it a goal and kept pushing. Have already reached 10k in added 4 weeks
