Forgot to post this morning... out at 5.45am.. It was very dark... first 5 mins were tough.. A few niggles but got into my stride and this time the mid minutes were fine (thanks buddy for the hydration day before tip!) finished the run with 3 minutes of increased speed and now looking forward to graduate to be week starting Saturday..

Well done, you've completed wk8 . You should be so pleased and yes proper hydration does really help. 😊😊
Q. Is it better doing our runs on a morning or a night. 🙂 does it make any difference?
I suppose its how ur body clock is? I prefer early morning as i am usually up by 6.15 for work so i get up at 5.30 and i have found it gives a good kick start to the day. Also i think i would be too tired after work and too many other things need sorting (family stuff etc?) for me to have time to run later... Just try different times and see how u get on... Just enjoy it..
