My plantar fasciitis has been a monkey this week. Doing stretches, ice etc but up overnight as painful. I clearly need to rest it which is killing me as I really want to run. My daft question is, for someone like me new to running, will resting mean I go backwards quickly? I’m
so chuffed with what I’ve achieved and the thought of losing it is making me very anxious.
