Week 6 done!

Just done last run of week 6. I dithered a bit before going out and wasn’t looking forward to it at all! Reminded myself not to overthink it and just stick to goal of getting out every other day and it was fine! Ran 3.25k in 25 mins. Not particularly fast but OK! My heart rate averaged about 150 which was bit less than previous runs.

The sense of achievement second time round is not quite the same but is there nonetheless and this time am doing it with the aim to continue running 3-4 times a week rather than to try and reach a certain distance or time. I want to build a regular running habit rather than be competitive about and find myself lacking.
