Ready for it

A rest day yesterday and boy I needed it. Had neck and back pain and felt wretched. Woke up this morning feeling much better and ready to take on WK2D2. I started and legs felt tired and heavy, improved a bit by the middle when I had a burst of energy, sadly it didn’t last too long though! Not sure if it’s my imagination but I didn’t feel it was such a struggle to breath and I felt my recovery was a bit quicker. Bring on WK2D3!

Way to go, well done you for sticking with it. Have you looked into the nhs stretch and flex course. I do it on alternative days to the c25k days. It certainly helps to keep muscles eased and takes you slowly, calmly and supportively through the routines.
