I did it! Still on hols and still running on water! π OMG I was so slow and I keep beating myself up about it but it is flipping hot and loads of steps and beach bits. Going to do one more while on hols then back to flat Cheshire plains! πββοΈππ. Keep going week fivers!!!! And sixers!

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5 on water, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop '.run'/swim you had today π
Some is good it's getting you to the end of each run and you just ran 20 minutes non stop that's brilliant. Well done you π
