I did it! Still on hols and still running on water! 🌊 OMG I was so slow and I keep beating myself up about it but it is flipping hot and loads of steps and beach bits. Going to do one more while on hols then back to flat Cheshire plains! πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ˜ŽπŸ˜Š. Keep going week fivers!!!! And sixers!

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5 on water, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop '.run'/swim you had today πŸ˜‚

Great job. There’s only a need to beat yourself up about pace if you were running faster in June! Enjoy the rest of your holiday and when you get back it’ll feel so much easier!
