Not sure if it was because i ran later at 10am rather than 6am and everywhere was a whole lot busier but this was big challenge today.. I got into my rhythm ok but from minutes 5 to 20 was a bit of a battle.. Legs were heavy and at times felt i was running in treacle and almost at a standstill(the mind plays funny tricks) but i got through it and last 8 minutes were ok even increasing speed last 2 minutes but then i forgot there was a steep hill in front!!! And that nearly finished me... Legs were like jelly when i started my walk.... Any suggestions on how to tackle the middle minutes? Ive got music on but the mind starts to wander?? Have a great day

Are you well hydrated by drinking 2-3 litres of water per day and not just on run days. Also if you're struggling in the middle part you can slow down even more and that will keep you going. Well done you 😊😊
I did W8 R2 after work just now and found it so hard. It was warmer than I’d anticipated and it’s the second time I’ve run after work ( all morning runs during the summer) and I’ve got a stitch both times! I’m definitely a morning runner and going to have drop the evening ones as they leave me feeling a bit disappointed ☹️ Well done on pushing through!
