Completed my first run of week 4 today, it was ok as i took it real slow. Im out running with a friend for run 2 and a little nervous as not ran with anyone for a decade. They've said they will run at my pace but they can probably crawl on their belly faster haha. Hoping not to push the pace and puck up an injury. :/

Oooo, good luck with your next run...and well done on getting so far!! I run alone and I think I'd get a bit paranoid at my speed, I'm not dead slow and I'm not dead fast, I'm just right and so will you be...you never know, you might be faster than you think???
