Really enjoyed this one - fairly flat and best of all it was in woods, so like a very flat trail. As always it was very friendly and a great turnout. I’m also improving my time - 27mi 25sec - the 3 runs a week must be helping me. Roll on next week and I’ve decided to become a Parkrun Tourist and do another different one next week. Enjoy your runs everyone.

Good to hear from you that you enjoyed your 2nd parkrun today in a excellent sub 30 minute time of 27.25, I also enjoyed my fifth parkrun this morning, however, I had to be content with a sub 35 minute 5K PB time of 32.01

Thanks so much Alan, it was a lot flatter course so I think this might be my time. You always hope to improve but that’s human nature and just getting out there is much more important. Keep up the good work 👍🏻

Thanks for the post about Shorne. Didn't realise there was a parkrun there - will add it to my 'tourist' destinations for 2020.

And the Cyclopark which is 5 mins away. I am doing the two of them as a New Years Day double !
