Hello from switzerland

For 3 weeks i am fighting againgst two disc prolapses in my neck and i can t go on running..l well i barely can walk..l

Next week will be the decicion about a surgery... and i promise here to myself and you all, that i will start again as fast as possible und i will finish it ... no matter how long it takes.

But it is frustrating, that all my progress will be lost, as i now have to spend my day on the couch 😁😭. I deeply wish, i could run (never thought, i might say this one day).

I miss three things most: running, playing the piano and my work with children.

So i promise, you will read from me again in some months..

P

That's a shame that you have to stop running. It not your fault and you health has to come first. Good luck 😊😊

Hi Pepe, so sorry to hear that - I hope that something can be done soon to help you heal fully. Hope it all goes well for you and that you’re soon back at the piano, walking, running and playing with your children! Good luck!

🙈😫That’s very hard Pepe but those runs are not wasted. You have built up good stamina which will be an asset if you have surgery and help your recovery. Take it one day at a time... and in time you will be back doing the things you miss so much.

Let us know how you get on!
