What an amazing feeling to be able to run for 30 minutes continuously, never would have believed it possible 9 weeks ago....I'm still in shock!! Treated myself to some proper running trainers to encourage me to continue. This really does work!! 😀

Thank you, yes I did have a gait analysis, figured that when you're spending £100 on trainers they need to be as right as possible!
