Week 1 done and dusted! I repeated run 3 this morning which I really enjoyed. Going to do lighter exercise tomorrow (walking and yoga) as taking on board advice to have rest days in between running rather than run every day (thanks for all the wonderful help and advice!). And then I will repeat run 3 again on saturday before starting week 2 on Monday! Bit nervous about when the five minute runs start to be honest as haven't done that for a while and so not sure how well I will do! Mainly down to being asthmatic and finding the breathing part of running really hard despite taking my inhaler before exercise- I still struggle to catch my breath :/ Hopefully getting fitter will help with my asthma though. Excited to start week 2 on Monday though

You're doing great . Wk2 is just more running and what you've done in wk1 has prepared you for it . Well done you 😊😊

Take one run at a time, run slowly & remind yourself last week prepared you for this. Relax and enjoy the challenge. If you run like a snail the asthma should be kept in check 🐌🏃♀️
Thank you 😁 I think I just get frustrated because in my head and the rest of my body I feel fine to push it, but it's the breathing issues that hold me back. I really am loving the challenge, thank you 😁
