I am back on the running again after a year or so break and I managed my first 5k on Monday morning. I’m not at 5k in 30mins but I’m pleased. The motivation is to do my villages fell run next july. 10k over Peak District hills. So what should I do next this is my problem and is there any 10k fell run apps or anything.

Yes I’m using 10K app by zen labs it’s the free one the only thing you need to watch is at the end of your workout it says walk don’t because a sec later it makes you run so carry on until you hear is say cool down then all is good it caught me out the first 2 times because I forgot 😉 happy running and welcome back to it and welcome to the forum 😉👍🏃♀️

Did you find it difficult to get back into it?
Surprisingly easy, there was much more retained fitness than I expected. Started on week 4 and managed it all without too much trouble.
