WK5:1 completed with the sunrise! What a bonus! All negativity vanished, my heart was singing Magic Moments with Perry Como, & my head was telling me you are here to run! A little snail crossed my path reminding me along with Jo to keep it slow! To all those thinking of getting going this morning...put your trainers on 🏃‍♀️
