I’ve just completed run 2 of week 5, I actually really enjoyed it but slightly apprehensive about run 3 Thursday, 20 minutes continual running seems a lot!!!

You've got this, if you've been following the programme you'll be ok. Don't be overly intimidated by it, start off at your usual pace and if you need to slow down that's ok.

Don't worry, you're ready. Especially so since you enjoyed the last run.

I ran this yesterday, you are ready you can do this, start at your normal pace you can always slow down if you get tired. 😀
