Week 1, day 1, run 1. really pleased to get underway and find my legs again. Run went better and quicker than I had thought. Looking forward to run 2 on Thursday.

Congratulations on starting C25K with run 1 of week 1 and welcome to the forum, just take all the runs slowly, you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, onwards and upwards to run 2 of week 1, that first run for many is the hardest run of C25K, you did really well. ๐Ÿ˜Š ๐Ÿƒ

Well done on starting! I'm hoping to get my first run in next week.

Fantastic, congrats on starting. Keep the pace nice and slow and your stamina will build up surprisingly quickly.
