Week 1, day 1, run 1. really pleased to get underway and find my legs again. Run went better and quicker than I had thought. Looking forward to run 2 on Thursday.

Congratulations on starting C25K with run 1 of week 1 and welcome to the forum, just take all the runs slowly, you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, onwards and upwards to run 2 of week 1, that first run for many is the hardest run of C25K, you did really well. 😊 🏃

Well done on starting! I'm hoping to get my first run in next week.
