Blimey that was a difficult one... not sure about the rest of you ladies but when I'm on 'monthly time' I am utterly and completely wiped out for around a week, super nervous about the upcoming week but I'm determined to keep going.

Don’t be nervous. Trust the program. Go very slowly 🐌 keep hydrated. If you need an extra rest day take one. Relax and enjoy it. Any run can be repeated if necessary...so nothing to worry about except putting on your trainers and giving it a go! 🏃‍♀️

Brilliant you've completed wk1 . No need to be nervous about wk2 just do what you have been and go slow and plenty water 7 days a week. Well done you 😊

Every single Run day of every week had me convinced I wouldn't make it :) Sometimes it was even true! However - I'd try that section again and slowly but surely got to one "impossible" run time after another. :)

The toughest time and distance is from the couch to outside the door :) Once geared up and outside - the run will go as it will :)

Wishing you many happy miles in your future :)

If you need to take it slower this week, that's fine, be kind to yourself and good luck!
