Hurt my ankle a couple weeks and still not been able to get back out running. Although I’d only done the first week, It’s frustrating that I haven’t been able to carry straight on. Hoping this is not the case after every week completed.

Sorry to hear you’re still on the IC. If the pains aren’t easing then go get a medical assessment of it. If it’s just running that causes the pain, cycling or walking could help as they will pump more blood to the area. Swimming is a non impact alternative too. Hope you’re back on it soon.

It’s definitely getting better. It was my Achilles the first week, now that’s not hurting. Now it’s just underneath my heel which I think I’ve mostly hurt from limping for a week.
