Graduation!

Hooray! I'm astonished and delighted to have made it from the couch to running nonstop for 30 minutes in 9 weeks! This is Graduation 3rd class 😂 as I'm nowhere near 5K. Hope to get 2nd class when I run 5K on Saturday no matter how long it takes or how slow I am! Graduation 1st class will be the day I can do 5K in 30 minutes 😂. Hey, I'm so thrilled to be running, to have more stamina & fitness, that I'm not too bothered about the 1st class! Discovering this forum has been great - heaps of vital advice, lots of kind support and inspirational stories. Thank you, everyone. Happy running 🤗
