Week 9

Hey everyone. I did the first run of week nine this morning.

I now need to wrap myself in cotton wool because it was at this point last year I dropped a bed on my foot and broke my toe!!

I briefly started up again when it got better but gave I to the winter weather.

So, I started from the beginning again this summer and here I am in the broken toe danger zone!! Pretty chuffed with myself.

However, I'm finding it much harder this time around. By this point last time I was slowly increasing my pace but I'm actually getting slower!!! And it feels harder I'm also not losing weight the way I did last time either.

I have an autoimmune thyroid condition and I'm wondering if I need a medication increase as I'm using up all my available t3 and is making me hypo again (struggling with energy and gaining weight amongst a few other symptoms). Anyone on here experienced this???

There's also a chance that I'm in the very early stages of pregnancy, as we're trying, but I don't think that'd have an impact this early would it? Xx

Well done you but please get checked out! Don’t risk a thing if you think you are pregnant. The early weeks are very important for many reasons. A special time in your life too. 🥰
