Still giving me grief 😩 managed to get an appointment at docs for next Friday though. Going to try and rest it until then. Rest. Ha ha. Apart from work, dog walking and life in general that is. I may sneak a short run tomorrow just to see how it goes though.....i have shoes to try 😉
