We are beginning to look like a running club. A couple of 63 year olds a 14 year old and a 16 year old all running along for just over 4 k we haven’t quite made 5k yet but in our second or third week of consolidation.

We love it and can’t believe the grand children want to come too. Needless to say Rebecca on her first ever run went off faster than fast nearly six foot tall with hair well past her waist flowing around her and about 600 metres in got stitch so the two youngsters walked a lot of it and the two old codgers plodded along slowly til the end . 😀

I’m sure she will. Not many people can go flat out for 600m though... I can’t.
