Well done Leolalot ! It really is a brilliant programme, I graduated in June and am still running about 4 times a week, and actually enjoying running for the first time in my life, thanks to a) this programme and b) the wonderful people on this forum. Onwards and upwards to the next one. :)

The fact you are already thinking of the next run is great! Well done. The hardest part of this program is that initial getting out and doing it! You are on your way. 👏

Well done! I started the c25k programme this week too. It's amazing how good you feel when you complete a run isn't it? It's a small step but sooo satisfying.
