I did it!

3 days after my fall I had the urge to go out again. Went this morning and finished W9R3, so I graduated!

I’m still a little bruised from my fall but my hand is healing nicely. I took it a little slower than normal and ran for 35 mins in total.

Thank you :) I’m so pleased. Couldn’t even run to the top of the road a couple of months ago, who’d have thought?! x

Many congrats on graduating. Well done. Have you given any thought to what next? Or are you just enjoying the moment?

Thank you :) Next are a couple of consolidation runs then my target is a 32 min 5k (I currently run just over 34 mins). Once that is done I’ll be going for a 30 min 5k. No rush or pressure though, it’ll happen in time :)

Sounds like a plan. Good to have a focus but not put yourself under too much pressure. We are in this for the long haul.
