Week 7 Run 2 Trying Outdoors!

Well I did it!!🙅🏻‍♀️🎉🤪

I ran along the canal local to me and I absolutely loved it!!! Everybody was so friendly and smiley and I even got a few ‘mornings’ from other runners! It was so much more enjoyable than running on the treadmill. The only difficult part was the heat! Wow!🥵🥵

I haven’t returned to the treadmill since running outside. Well done and what a lovely pic - you don’t see that in the gym
