First run done!

Not entirely true - I did complete the programme ten years ago! Then I never ran again! Or I left it too long to do another run, and it hurt! Or it was difficult! I can't really remember, if I'm honest, but I didn't run anymore. But I decided at 56 years of age, it's never too late to start (again!) And this time, when I finish the programme, I will join my local Park Run to keep the running habit going. But let's not get ahead of myself - Week 1, Day 1 done accompanied by Michael Jordan (until he suddenly stopped) and Jo Whiley. I'll update you all again with my progress!
